Cable B Series Slave Adapter

This product is a slave adapter kit only. It does not include a transmission mount.

This kit allows a factory style 1992–1995 Honda Civic hydraulic slave cylinder to actuate an older 1988–1993 Honda/Acura cable operated B series transmission.

This is intended for setups that already have a hydraulic clutch system and need a way to operate a cable style B series transmission with a slave cylinder.

Common Uses

• EF Civic / CRX using a cable to hydro conversion and a cable B series transmission
• DA Integra using a cable to hydro conversion and a cable B series transmission
• Other chassis that already have a hydraulic clutch system and are using a cable B series transmission
• Customers who already have our cable to hydro conversion and later decide to run a cable B series transmission
• Customers using another brand of cable to hydro conversion who need a slave adapter for a cable B series transmission

Important Fitment Warning

This kit does not mount the transmission into the chassis.

If you are installing a cable B series transmission into a factory hydraulic chassis such as a 1992–1995 Civic, 1996–2000 Civic, or 1994–2001 Integra, you will also need the correct transmission mount setup for that chassis and transmission combination.

This slave adapter only solves the clutch actuation side. It does not solve transmission mounting.

If you are installing a 1994+ hydraulic B series transmission into an EF or DA, this adapter is not needed. You would typically use the correct hydraulic transmission mount setup, a cable to hydro conversion if the chassis was originally cable operated, and a standard slave cylinder mounted directly to the hydraulic transmission.

What This Kit Does

• Adapts a hydraulic slave cylinder to an older cable operated B series transmission
• Allows a hydraulic clutch system to actuate a cable style B series clutch arm
• Works with our cable to hydro conversions when using a cable B series transmission

What This Kit Does Not Do

• Does not include a transmission mount
• Does not convert the chassis to hydraulic by itself
• Does not make a cable transmission bolt into a hydraulic chassis by itself
• Does not replace a full cable to hydro conversion
• Does not apply to hydraulic B series transmissions that already accept a slave cylinder from the factory

The included slave cylinder uses a 10x1.0 hydraulic line thread pitch.
