PSA1 Pull Slave Adapter

$199.00

Why We Developed This

This pull type slave setup was originally developed for our turbo EF build where the factory slave location created constant issues. The OEM push style slave sits too close to the downpipe, making bleeding difficult and exposing the fluid to excessive heat. In high heat conditions, this led to clutch fade and inconsistent operation.

Our solution was to completely change the actuation method. Instead of pushing the clutch fork like the factory slave, this system uses a pull type design and relocates the slave to the opposite side of the fork.

By moving the slave cylinder to the opposite side of the clutch fork, the system creates additional room around turbo manifolds, downpipes, and other exhaust components where space is often limited.

This provides significantly more clearance for turbo manifolds and downpipes while keeping the slave away from heat sources. The result is easier bleeding, improved reliability, and consistent clutch performance under load.

Key Benefits

  • Relocates slave cylinder away from heat
  • Improves turbo and header clearance
  • Reduces heat soak that affects clutch performance
  • Easier bleeding and serviceability
  • Pull type design for more efficient actuation

Applications

Designed to work with hydraulic Honda B and D series transmissions across a wide range of applications.

  • FWD Hydraulic B Series Transmissions
  • AWD Hydraulic B Series Transmissions
  • FWD Hydraulic D Series Transmissions
  • AWD Hydraulic D Series Transmissions (JDM HR-V SEP)

We are also actively developing an adapter solution for F and H series hydraulic transmissions. If you're building an F or H series application, keep an eye on our social media channels for future updates.

Kit Includes

  • Wilwood Pull Type Slave Cylinder
  • Mounting Brackets
  • All Required Hardware
  • -3 AN Male Fitting

Quick Disconnect Option

The product photos may show a Wilwood quick disconnect and coupler combination attached to the pull slave cylinder. This quick disconnect setup is not included with the standard kit, but it is something we highly recommend considering.

Traditionally, if you need to remove the transmission for a clutch replacement or transmission service, you can avoid re-bleeding the clutch system by unbolting the slave cylinder assembly from the transmission and moving it out of the way.

A quick disconnect makes this process even easier by allowing you to disconnect the clutch line without having to remove the slave cylinder from the transmission.

This can be a major time saver in tight engine bays, turbo setups, AWD conversions, hot lap drag racing, road racing, or any situation where fast clutch or transmission service matters.

If you are building a car where transmission removal, clutch changes, or trackside service may happen more often, the quick disconnect and coupler combination can make the system much easier to service.

Important Note

Installed images are for reference only and may not reflect the exact product configuration. Clutch line not included. Quick disconnect fittings and couplers shown in photos are optional and are not included with the standard kit unless specifically selected or purchased separately.

Shipping Information

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipment.

Tracking information may be generated during the processing stage as orders move through our production and fulfillment queue. Receiving a tracking notification does not necessarily mean the package has shipped.

Please assume shipment will occur closer to the end of the processing window rather than the beginning.

International Customers:

International shipments often receive multiple tracking numbers during transit. The first tracking number is typically associated with transportation within the United States. Once the package reaches the export facility or destination country, a second tracking number may be assigned by the local carrier handling final delivery.

It is normal for international tracking to appear inactive for several days while the shipment is in transit between carriers or while clearing customs. This does not necessarily indicate a problem with the shipment.

Most international orders arrive within 2-6 weeks depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carrier performance. While many shipments arrive sooner, delays beyond our control can occur once the package leaves the United States.

We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing the full delivery window before assuming a shipment is lost.

Policy

It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the product's fit, function, and intended use before purchasing.

Unless otherwise specified, no returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

UPS and USPS are used for shipping.

The buyer agrees the seller is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, lost packages, stolen packages, customs delays, import fees, duties, taxes, or damage occurring during transit.
