90–93 Acura Integra (DA) Cable-to-Hydro Conversion (LHD Only)

Our 1990–1993 Acura Integra cable-to-hydro conversion eliminates the cable by allowing you to bolt a master cylinder directly to your existing pedal assembly with minor modification.

How It Installs (What You’re Actually Doing)

  • You will drill through the clutch pedal to attach the supplied ball-joint stud for an optimal pedal ratio.
  • The upper brace mounts to the body by drilling and installing the supplied riv nuts.

Off-Road Use / Required Modifications

  • OFF-ROAD USE ONLY.
  • Installation requires removal of the driver-side vent tubes.
  • The OEM vent tubes cannot be reused.
  • LHD only. Does not fit RHD at this time.

Chassis-Specific, Swap-Universal

This part is chassis-specific (90–93 Integra) and swap-universal. Just like OEM hydraulic cars (EG/EK/DC), you simply run the slave cylinder that matches your transmission—or a hydraulic release bearing if that’s your clutch setup.

Read This First (Install Accountability)

  • This is not a “bolt-on and guess” part. A hydraulic clutch system must be installed and adjusted by someone who knows what they’re doing.
  • Most “bad masters” we see are not defective—they’re damaged by over-travel from an improperly set pedal stop, incorrect adjustment, poor bleeding, or fluid contamination.
  • If you install it correctly, it lasts. If you skip setup steps, it can take the master out—then the part gets blamed instead of the setup.

Warranty Update (Builds Take Time)

Many builds sit for a long time before the car is actually driving. That’s why we’re moving to a 24-month warranty on master cylinders for the original purchaser—so you’re protected when the vehicle is actually in use.

Important: Warranty support may require basic verification of setup (ex: a quick photo/video of your pedal stop, adjustment, and/or bleed method). This keeps accountability where it belongs and prevents repeat failures.

Options

1. DAV2 Bracket + Wilwood Master + Billet Reservoir + DA Multi-Piece Clutch Line (Complete Kit)

We consider this our COMPLETE KIT. This kit is essentially universal and will work with any swap you plan to use. Whether B or K series, just add the slave that matches the transmission you plan to use.

2. DAV2 Complete Kit + Cable B-Series Slave, Adapter & Linkage (Includes Standard Slave)

This option includes virtually the same parts as Option #1, but adds our linkage kit to convert a cable B-series transmission to hydraulic.

If your cable keeps breaking, or you’re tired of inconsistent engagement from cable stretch, this lets you run a hydraulic system without swapping to a hydraulic transmission. The adapter allows you to bolt the included slave to the OEM cable clutch fork arm, eliminating the cable altogether.

3B. DAV2 Bracket + 3/4" Wilwood Master + Billet Reservoir + Line + B-Series Hydraulic Release Bearing

Complete kit featuring a Clutch Masters hydraulic release bearing, commonly used with twin and triple-disc clutches.

The system uses a 3/4" master as recommended by Clutch Masters to ensure complete disengagement with heavy-duty pressure plates. Expect the pedal to feel heavier than stock—that’s normal with this master size and aggressive pressure plate fingers.

4K. DAV2 Bracket + 3/4" Wilwood Master + Billet Reservoir + Line + K-Series Hydraulic Release Bearing

Same as Option 3B, but configured for K-series applications. Includes a Clutch Masters hydraulic release bearing and the proper 3/4" master for complete disengagement with heavy pressure plates. Expect a heavier pedal—normal for this setup.
