This listing is for a previous-generation Integra hinge model (clearance pricing while supplies last).

When building our own vehicle we wanted the ability to support the hood equally to help prevent a custom hood from folding in half. These hinges are specifically designed for the 1990-1993 Acura/Honda Integra. A specified gas shock is integrated right into the 6061 billet aluminum hinge.

Fits (READ THIS)

THESE FIT USDM/JDM/EDM 1990-1993 ACURA/HONDA INTEGRA 2 AND 4 DOOR ONLY!!!!

Do not attempt to fit these on any other chassis or body.

Chassis Nuances (READ BEFORE BUYING)

1. The hinges bolt on, but the closest fender bolt on both right and left side must be removed and replaced with the supplied low profile hardware.
2. The OEM hinge area is seam sealed and painted over from the factory. Removing the OEM hinge can crack and/or peel paint around the seam seal. You may want to pre-cut to reduce peeling.
3. These hinges open higher than OEM. Hood spacers may increase the risk of hood-to-windshield contact.
4. Best installed with two people.
5. May not work well with hood spacers depending on hood fitment/spacing.
6. This model does not include the adjustable hood stop found on our newer hinge designs.

“Choose option” below between a carbon/fiberglass hood shock or an OEM (steel) style hood shock.
Choosing the correct gas shock provides the right type of valving for the weight of your hood.

Warranty + Support

5 YEAR WARRANTY (GAS SPRINGS ONLY) to original buyer with receipt.
Warranty requires returning the gas spring for inspection/replacement processing.
