The pedal assemblies in 1989 through 1991 Honda Civic Crx and sedan are known and prone to breakage. The clutch pedal rod eventually breaks free from the welds at the brake pedal joint. This is well-known and many of the community members weld braces in either after the damage or before in preparation for the inevitable. Our brace connects the 2 halves together for the same purpose.

Constructed from steel the part comes with hardware enabling a Bolt on protection plan for those without welding capabilities. This part could be used on pedal assemblies that have previously broken acting like a jig. It will pull the two parts together allowing you to make repairs as needed.

The design allows you to retain your neutral safety with a large service hall when needing the pedal assembly removed.
