1990-1993 Acura Integra DAV2 Cable to Hydro Conversion

Our 1990-1993 Acura Integra cable to hydro conversion eliminates the cable by allowing you to bolt a master cylinder directly to your existing pedal assembly with minor modification. Drilling through the clutch pedal to attach ball joint stud provides an optimal pedal ratio. The upper brace will attach to the body by drilling for the supplied riv nuts.

We do consider this part as an off road use item. Installation and use requires the removal of the driver side vent tubes. The tubes can not be reused.

We consider our part specific to the chassis and does not matter what transmission or swap you plan to use. Just like a naturally hydraulic equipped vehicle, such as, EG,EK,DC all you have to do is add the slave that belongs to that transmission.

Options

1. DAV1-DAV2 rod and Heim update. If you have a complete V1 (one that you got from us with a Wilwood Master) it came with a clevis. This kit will change out the bracket for a V2 and will come with a replacement push rod and Heim joint. You can reuse your existing Wilwood after you replace the rod with the update. Each rod on the Wilwood masters that went out from us were machined down to fit. The new conversion uses a full length rod. Make sure you replace it. You can also keep and reuse your existing reservoir and clutch line.

2. DAV2 bracket, Wilwood master, DA Clutch line No Billet Reservoir. If cost or wanting to use another type of reservoir is on your mind, this kit might be for you. You can add your own remote reservoir of your choice

3. DAV2 bracket, Wilwood Master, Billet Reservoir and complete DA multi piece clutch line. We consider this our “COMPLETE KIT”. This kit is essentially universal and will work with any swap you plan to use. Whether B or K series just add the slave that matches the transmission you plan to use.

4. DAV2 bracket, Wilwood Master, Billet Reservoir, Line Cable B Series slave, Adapter and linkage. This option includes virtually the same parts as #3 but includes a linkage kit. This kit allows you to use our conversion with a cable B series transmission. For example, you're currently using a cable B series but your cable keeps breaking or your tired of the inconsistency of the cable stretch. You're considering swapping to a hydraulic transmission. You may not need to, just to convert to a hydraulic system. An adapter allow you to bolt the included slave to the OEM cable clutch fork arm eliminating the cable altogether.   • 5B. DAV2 bracket, 3/4in Wilwood Master, Billet Reservoir, Clutch line and B SERIES Bearing. This option features everything to make it a complete kit but also comes Clutch Master Hydraulic release bearing. This bearing is often used with Twin and Triple disc clutches. The master is sized with a proper 3/4in master recommended by Clutch Master to ensure complete disengagement. This master size in combination with the heavy pressure plate fingers will increase pedal pressure (feel heavier) that is normal and should be expected.

    6K. DAV2 bracket, 3/4in Wilwood Master, Billet Reservoir, Clutch line and K SERIES Bearing. This option features everything to make it a complete kit but also comes Clutch Master Hydraulic release bearing. This bearing is often used with Twin and Triple disc clutches. The master is sized with a proper 3/4in master recommended by Clutch Master to ensure complete disengagement. This master size in combination with the heavy pressure plate fingers will increase pedal pressure (feel heavier) that is normal and should be expected.
